Exchange Rates
The exchange rates provided by KMS Remit are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable exchange rate for your transaction will be the one displayed at the time the transaction is initiated.

Fees and Charges
Fees associated with remittance services will be clearly communicated at the time of the transaction. These fees are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review and agree to the fees before proceeding with any transaction.

Transfer Time
While KMS Remit aims to process transactions in a timely manner, the transfer time may vary due to factors such as recipient country regulations, local banking hours, holidays, and unforeseen delays. KMS Remit is not liable for delays caused by third-party entities or force majeure events.

Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the remittance process. KMS Remit is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Cancellation and Refunds
Transactions can only be canceled if the funds have not yet been disbursed to the recipient. In the event of a cancellation, applicable fees may be deducted from the refund. Once funds are disbursed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

Compliance with Laws
KMS Remit complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements. You agree to provide any documentation or information requested to verify your identity or the legitimacy of a transaction.

Limitation of Liability
KMS Remit is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction fee in cases of proven negligence.
